Full Description: LOCATION Situated down a quiet country lane near the village of Foz de Arouce, you will find this lovely old L shaped house, standing in its own grounds, with a large level garden and its own mini forest of oak and cork trees at the end of the plot. Beyond this area, and to either side of the house, there is a huge wild grassed lawn, two water wells used for irrigation purposes. At the end of the grassed area is an olive grove, and, beyond that a mini forest of oak and cork trees. SUMMARY The house is structurally very sound and does have new windows. Internally some work does need doing in order to update the property i.e. new kitchen, some re-plastering of walls on ground floor, and perhaps updating the bathrooms, but once complete, this would become a lovely large family home. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Plans have been submitted to the local council for an additional two properties to be built on the land. There is an old ruin included in the price, the plans have been submitted to the council to restore this building
